After a rather unusual week last week, it was nice to return to normality yesterday morning. I appreciate that the closure of the school for three days may have caused issues for some parents in terms of childcare and I thank you whole heartedly for supporting the school with our difficult decisions. Returning to school this morning, the children were full of stories from their time in the snow; they have created memories that will last a lifetime and we should not underestimate the importance of this. The teachers spent their three days at home preparing exciting, purposeful lessons for the children to enjoy this week and finalising exciting events which will take place this month. With so much to fit into the rest of this half-term, it is going to be very busy indeed!
