Although we will not be in school for Remembrance Day on Saturday, we will still hold a whole school worship on Friday 10th November and observe two minutes silence. Many children in our school family will not yet fully understand the importance of this event, but it is essential that they begin to learn about the sacrifices made by so many people in our armed forces and our duty to remember them in our prayers.
