At this time of the year, we build momentum and gather pace in the run up to Christmas. We made a determined effort to stop and reflect in our Remembrance Assembly last Friday. We were all very moved as we paused to pay respect to those veterans who lost their lives in the First World War and past conflicts. I was touched by how the pupils responded to the occasion, showing great respect and making our acts of remembrance fittingly dignified. Please remember to write any names of loved ones in our special book in the entrance hall.
