Welcome back again. I hope the half term has found you suitably refreshed for the second half of this summer term in which there are so many things to look forward to that help to make life at St Bede’s School so rich, vibrant and fulfilling.
First Holy Communion, the KS2 performance, the Summer Fair and the Leavers Mass to name but a few...There is so much packed into just six short weeks and time will undoubtedly fly by.
Last Saturday was very special for nine of our beautiful children in Y3 as they received Jesus for the very first time in Holy Communion and we look forward to the second group of children making their Holy Communion on Saturday 1st July. As Holy Communions are parish events, everyone is most welcome to come to Mass at 10.30am and support the children. Preparation for the Sacraments is so important and everyone does their very best here at school and in the Parish, and the great support we get from you at home makes all the difference. Please keep all of these children and their families in your prayers.
